Welcome to Trevo ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Trevo website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by SINTONIK TECHNOSOFT, a sole proprietorship based in India.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Trevo is an AI-powered travel planning assistant that helps users generate personalized trip itineraries. The Service operates on a "freemium" model where basic features may be free, while advanced features (such as generating full detailed itineraries) require the purchase and use of in-app virtual currency ("Coins").
3. User Accounts
- Registration: To access certain features, you must register for an account using your phone number (OTP verification) or Google account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
- Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password or credentials that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
- Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
4. Virtual Currency ("Coins") and Payments
- Purchase: You may purchase Coins through our website using supported payment methods (e.g., Dodo Payments). The price of Coins will be displayed at the point of purchase.
- No Monetary Value: Coins are virtual items with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred to other users, except as expressly permitted by the Service.
- Usage: Coins are used solely to unlock specific features or content within the Service (e.g., generating a full itinerary). Once Coins are used, they are consumed and cannot be restored.
- Refund Policy: All purchases of Coins are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for unused Coins or for accidental purchases, except where required by applicable law.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SINTONIK TECHNOSOFT and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both India and foreign countries.
6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The itineraries and travel recommendations provided by Trevo are generated using Artificial Intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally be incorrect, outdated, or misleading. We do not verify the accuracy of every recommendation (e.g., opening hours, prices, availability). You acknowledge that you use this information at your own risk and should verify critical details independently.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SINTONIK TECHNOSOFT, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
